There is one thing that this Government is good at and that is blaming someone else when things go wrong.
Take the case of binge drinking,young drinkers vomitting in High Streets and increased costs at A&E from drink related injuries.
Whose fault is this ? Well, of course, it's the fault of publicans, off-licences and supermarkets.
Could it just be that it started when this Labour Government decided to abolish licensing hours.
