They are always the first to inform us with massive high profile ad campaigns of the hugh interest rates they are prepared to pay to new savers. But what about existing customers ? If you are not careful, that high interest account paying 5.5% that you opened 3 years ago has now slipped to paying 1.5%. And did they inform you ....did they hell. All part of keeping your money on the cheap.
What part of customer services do they not understand ? I have no problems with a telephone service in Bombay but I would prefer for my personal banking problems to be dealt wiyh a little closer to home. Ever tried phoning your branch ? I am convinced it doesn't exist.
Come on Banks. Give us the service we warrant and not endorse your rhyming slang nickname.
