Whose Human Rights are they anyway ?

Shock ...Horror. Deporting a sex offender "will breach his human rights"
When are we going to give some human rights to the victims. Mohammed Kendeh, who admitted indecently assaulting 11 women, cannot be sent back to Sierra Leone because he would not have a family life there.
This man, by his actions, has changed the lives of 11
families forever. When are Judges and law makers going
to step into the real world. In some countries the cut off an arm for theft, a tongue for malicious runours etc.
Is it any wonder why there are not many male sex offenders there ?
